Also these numbers don't make any sense. IQ scores are relative, not absolute, with 100 being the average of the population. Therefore how can they compare IQ scores between different countries? They'd need to get a representative sample from each country and get them to do the same test. This is just not possible.
There is no 'curve', 100 is not a special as it is in percentiles or percentages, it's a function of the history; the system for examining and measuring intelligence was created by people with an average IQ of 100.
Comparisons between countries are done with language-agnostic IQ tests which use no words or numbers.
It's complicated and IQ is heavily simplified, but the results in Africa speak for themselves. IQ is real.
You seem to think that it's a specific score that was achieved by a specific group of people at a certain point in time, but this is not true.
It's entirely possible to test between countries though if you pick one as a benchmark and then use the same or comparable tests across the world.

Do international researches show up in Beijing, go to the CCP headquarter, and say "give us 50 subjects to test"? Or do they go to a Chinese university? Or do they recruit volunteers through an ad in a newspaper?
You see where I'm getting at.
IQ clearly varies a lot between individuals, let alone the ability to take the test; people who have already taken an IQ test before have a big advantage.
Therefore how the sample is selected makes all the difference.
I'm sure I could go to Nigeria and, if I look hard enough, I should be able to find a bunch of niggers with 120 IQ.
