I'm not going to fedpost, but a tiny occupying force relies completely on the population not resisting. What is a couple of armed troops going to do in a village or neighborhood where everyone is trying ram them with cars, or throw rocks at them from every corner or rooftop, or ambush them with axes and crudely fashioned spears or whatever?
