This is the first, and main reason I knew the shit was “planned”. Not only was he up there a while before he took the shot, he was nOOticed by many in the audience before he took the shot. None of it makes any sense if you’re looking at it through the lens of CKs security was actually trying to keep him safe.

I don't get how he got a full hunting rifle into the building then onto the roof in a "gun free campus" without raising any flags. Then he got it back down to the ground, still no video of it?

Regular security should have caught this, let along Kirk's people.

That actually doesn’t surprise me nearly as much. Campus security in my first hand experience is usually laughable at best. It may have gotten somewhat better in the last 20 years due to tech, but back when I still knew people who worked on a campus of a prestigious university in my AO, it was a complete joke. I’m guessing that even though tech got better, the DEI hires would make that a wash at best. The bottom line is that this was easily preventable if they were actually trying to prevent it IMHO.

But zero camera footage of him carrying the rifle at all? Do they not have anything at the entrances, at least?

I'm not expecting them to apprehend the guy or anything but can they not get a single shot of the suspect with the weapon?
