Never. Ever. Eat the soup in shithole country "restaurants" because it's made with the same sewage water they wash in AND is kept warm using the minimum of fuel to conserve costs... which means it starts off as bacterial soup and is kept warm for hours until it becomes mostly bacteria.

This is a good rule for most countries.
