Consider how the hispanics drove out blacks in the LA area. They didn't have any real organization either, but they succeeded. Because they had some measure of solidarity and ethnic identity, they all knew that blacks were 'them' and never to be favored, hired, or defended. When criminal elements in their society preyed on blacks, hispanics on juries tended to cut them a lot of slack.
We don't need some great leader to tell us what to do, and we don't need organizations (which are vulnerable to infiltration and subversion), what we need is the death of the diversity narrative in our minds, and the re-birth of love for our heritage and our own. But, that requires truth (diversity lies are pushed hard by jews and very convenient to participate in for career advancement) and to get people who love truth, they need to come to Jesus first. Materialists fail at everything that matters.
