I just have several questions I'd like an answer for it:

Who created non-Whites and what happens after they die?
In Matthews 15:26 &27 it is said "But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”" & "And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”"

Some have interpreted as saying that only God's Chosen people (White people) can receive God's grace.

Furthermore, I've been browsing this community for a while now (but only made an account recently) and according to many people only White people are pure humans and other races are either partial or not human at all. If that's the case, what happens to non-Whites after they die?

Can animals go to Heaven or are they dead forever? What about non-Whites since they aren't Humans according to some user's theories?

Lots to answer here but in short, yes non whites CAN be Christian and go to Heaven (see Revelation 7:9). Animals do not go to Heaven but they will likely be a part of the New Creation (pious speculation). Animals have nutritive and appetative faculties of the soul but they lack the purely human rational faculty. They were not made in the image of God like man was. DO non whites go to heaven? Generally not because most of them have rejected the gospel and been living in apostasy for millennia, and the longer you live like that the further from God your race falls.

I could elaborate but for information on the soul I recommend reading De Anima by Aristotle and for race you can listen to the series the Stone Choir podcast did on race and Christianity.

I forgot to mention, the verse you referenced about Jesus and the syrophonecian woman: Jesus was sent to the jews to be killed. That's what he means when He says He came for the lost sheep of Israel, to fulfill the promises of scripture. His ministry was limited to that area and largely to that race, knowing they were the only race wicked enough to kill God Himself. That story, along with the story of the faith of the Roman centurion, emphasizes the wickedness of the jew and how even a gentile woman who was being tested by Jesus (whereas the jews had the gospel spoonfed to them) had more faith (read it in the context of the chapter and also in Mark).
