I'm bit late to that post but poles are sadly not greatful that they're living in some murican natsocs paradise and average pole is probably more depressed than average murican

mostly mentality I think, they re kinda pissed at inflation and stuff but wages aren't that bad really even lots of poles are going back from britain rn, about the weather idk but europe on average gets 1000 hours sun less than murica, i either have less energetic mood or feel calmer when it's gloomy https://files.catbox.moe/i8g4az.webp
