Its because of the safety nets that society bestowed upon women, no husband? Pregnant? No worries mr taxpayer will fund your little bastard
back at the old days, women had to keep themselves pure and act ladylike to attract a suitable husband, but all of that went to the window when the government decided that somehow they deserve extra rights instead of extra beating 🫠
