This is proof it's a government hit. Just like the LV shooting. With all the cameras, tracking, LPR, everything, there's no way some regular dude is getting away with this IF the government is actually looking for them.

It's just gonna be a Luigi thing with an obvious patsy with some flimsy story of how they caught him.
