It's been 6 hours. There have now been 2 suspects apprehended and apparently neither one has been the real shooter.

Are we supposed to believe the shooter is such a pro that he not only slipped away into parts unknown, but the feds have been bumbling around arresting the wrong people because they don't know who they're after?

After this people could sue the local police for taking 50k for each officer and protecting nobody.
