It was 200 yards. That's not that far of a shot. As far as the cleanliness of the shot, the military would have aimed center mass for that (or with an ACOG from that distance, the head).

More likely what happened is the guy went for a headshot and didn't account for bullet drop, at least from what I could see in the videos.

Doesn't mean you aren't right, you very well could be. I'm just saying the whole thing is fucky.

Hitting a soda can at 200 yards is not a trivial task. 200 yards is the length of 2 football fields. All things considered (wind, bullet drop, moving target, one shot, dude escapes, etc...) this does reek of military trained sniper. Just my opinion. The guy is still at large
