Your knowledge of what stab wounds (and undoubtedly other types of bodily damage) are and how people react to them are likely the product of kike movies. Without having seen the video (and I really don't need to, my wrath for niggers is already pegged, powdered, and primed.... just waiting for the first domino to fall) she hasn't even registered what has happened yet, not has her body. Hence the look of confusion quickly turning to shock.
In any case it's silly to think it's fucking ai because of the reasons you stated and shows what mush brains the doubting everything ai has caused in what were already rather limited minds.
