I need to find the thread someone posted that mentioned this thug was released via this same program. I believe i just connected dots. This program is in many states and guides the policies of attorney generals and justice systems, systematically, nationwide. This means this organization has way too much power and is subversive and possibly even a foreign apparatus making it treasonous.
This organization and "Back On Track" program needs to be sued into bankruptcy and banned from having license to operate anywhere and its members and staff and board should all be arrested and investigated for espionage, sabotage, foreign spy activity, treason, obstructing justice, bribing political officials, and a long list of other charges.
