First of all, it is Arabic. Second, it's guttural and mumbled it sounds like a different language. They speak like they've been sucking dicks all the day. They can't sound their words out correctly. Last, at least I understand 0:26: "Hey, Abd Salam! Don't go, don't go." You can infer it though.
