This is literally the source of trannyism. A botched circumcision left a kid with a partial penis, and his parents were told to cut it off entirely and raise him as a girl. For ten years, he was forced to rape his brother while a “scientist” wrote papers about how “this is perfectly normal and he is fine.”

He killed himself, of course, but those papers were the justification for making trannies legal worldwide.
