You see this all over the place. Even in "good" black neighborhoods the home maintenance is abysmal. High IQ blacks can become OK tradesmen but there isn't enough of a critical mass to maintain whole neighborhoods or cities.

I'm a tradesman and the govt couldn't pay me enough to go fix the niggers houses for them. They can take care of their own shit.
