Were you expecting the state to construct state-owned factories in a span of months? That would be fucking awful, because in jewmerica that would be a diversity fest for shitskins with jews in the management roles. It takes years, plural, for changes in market conditions to be reflected in organic growth of American industry.

Further, what is this "pass on the price to the consumer" faggotry, are you reading from Rothschild's The Economist? *Of course importers always pass on any cost, that's the fucking point*. American citizens must pay extra for foreign goods produced in shitlands and bugcountry, because the mud peoples and bug peoples will always be able to quote a lower price, because they will compromise on things that Americans should not.

The amount of stuff we can buy must go down, so that the strength of our nation can increase.

But the tariffs will not be permanent. Any benefit that they can ever offer will be terminated in about 3 years. That's the whole point. The only thing that will actually happen is the current negative of them. There will be no new jobs because the tariffs will not even exist long enough for anything to be created out of them, making trumps claim to improve industry, again, a lie, and giving us no benefit from this, only downsides. The downsides will be a talking point for the next top shabbos, who will promise to create jobs again by doing the opposite, and then whatever they do will be shut down after they leave and before it can infer any benefits. The cycle continues.

It's theater. They will never do anything to benefit you whatsoever.
