We’ve had a J’ish problem in Europe all throughout the period you’re talking about, granted, they get moved around as they wear out their welcome repeatedly, but they are an ever present problem in one European nation or several others.

Yeah but the wars between France and England or the Holy Roman Empire or Spain and Portugal etc were not caused by Jews. I get that it's fun to scapegoat Jews as the cause of all of humanity's problems but be realistic, mankind has been killing eachother since the beginning of time. Even in countries that don't have Jews like ancient China or ancient Greece etc. Humans just love to "other" eachother because we are tribal people.
