The first step to economic independence had to happen at some point. If America was serious about wanting the "best and brightest", we would simply recruit exclusively from Europe. There's been populist backlashes against Chinese and Indian visas within the last month, so I'm more optimistic than not on this front.

On a good note, the number of cult members on the right who worship Trump has dropped precipitously since the Epstein shite. People are seeing how government only works to benefit jews, while their own needs are ignored. It’s not like the left where everyone is in alignment with whatever and whoever they support, there are dissidents on the right, and there are a lot of them.

The problem is ok we are generating revenue from tariffs, so we will immediately stop all other taxation in this country. No? A fuck no we are going to keep all the taxation in place and just steal all this extra money that is coming in.

It incentivizes domestic production. There's no reason to start it if you're out competed by a billion asians working for $3/day.
It has been hinted at, but I think it needs a few years to take shape.
