They don't want independent minded, freedom loving, rebellious Whites.
Think about it. White people are the most rebellious people on the planet. It was even White people who ended slavery. Not rebellious negroes.
If you were trying to control the world, you'd want to get rid of the rebellious people too.
That's why Germany didn't want them with any power while in their country, not with vote not with money or having important job positions.
