Let me help you out brother. Look up foreskin restoration devices, yes, those are a thing. Don't wanna give out TMI but they do in fact work but you have to be extremely consistent in using them. De-keratinization of the glans is fully possible as well as stretching out shaft skin to form another pseudo foreskin via mitosis.

Bottom line. I was made privy about this issue since I was twelve. TWELVE. There are practical steps to get the healing you deserve and I successfully healed to a point where I stopped thinking about it years ago.
