I suspect the jwish ceremony of brit milah was designed so rabbis could maul defenseless children with their teeth before raising the mutilated infant and proclaiming, "Behold God, look what I have done to your perfect newborn baby".
I like to think the Children of God will be made whole again before the Gates of Saint Peter.

If they weren't, then they were either a sandnigger or an American. Infant mutilation has never been popular or anywhere near common in Europe.
