Agree and disagree. The people matter the most, but changing the systems in place for the worse is what caused the people to fall in the first place. What if I poured water on all the paper the students could use? What if I bribed their leader to get free candy in exchange for throwing the whole project under the bus? Then it doesnt matter so much how smart they are. What took place to destroy our societies had little to nothing to do with the people, that's where politics is important. There is a 'right' way to do things or else it will happen again.

I think policies like the death penalty, public flogging and de-fagging education could start refining the people.
 
Browns and women should not be included in any important decisions. That would help too.
