all of western social programs are built on ponzi scheme math. they need an ever growing population in the form of a tax base to keep paying for the prior people in the program. and "the greatest generation" had a shitload of babies (baby boomers), but no one after that is even close. now as baby boomers get old, their needs are the greatest these social programs have ever required, while there's insufficient younger tax base for it.
the bulk of these countries made up the shortfall by cutting military spending, instead relying on US defense. they weren't even coming close to their NATO defense spending commitments, instead, funneling that money into their welfare state. and in polls, literally every Euro country overwhelmingly said by 70%+ that Ukraine needs increased funding, but when polled on whether their country was contributing enough or should contribute more, only 10-20% said their own country should contribute more. so they want to virtue signal how much they support Ukraine, so long as someone else pays for it.
then Trump declared they have to fund their own defense, so they're panicking because their social programs were already on the brink before having to pay for social programs for mohammad, fatima, and their 5.3 sandbabies. sweden, france, netherlands, and germany have all found that even after 20+ years, "refugees" are not anywhere near equal tax base per capita as native europeans. they just don't get jobs as much, don't work as productive jobs. they were supposed to be the answer to the collapsing welfare state, but because they do not assimilate, were brought in as compartmentalized populations that they don't even have to, they have now only accelerated that collapse.
the only solution is to deport these third world savages, and cut social programs.
