It’s referencing Frieren, it’s an Anime about a elvish girl that hates demons. They‘ve become kind of a meme for being very upfront with their "there’s no good demons" message.
Ironically, I dont think Tolkien elves were ever intended to have pointy ears, they were just gigachads who represented everything good in white people (unlike pre-tolkien elves, which were literally just devils taking on fair forms to mess with people). Anime elves also interestingly use ears that point outwards rather than backwards, which anime demons also generally have.

it's actually a very interesting mixture of problems that are very difficult to fight against.
1. fried dopamine receptors. you can imagine looking at pretty women (which these are, ignoring the main topic) gives you a relatively powerful hit of happiness, which people who make and consume this stuff crave by the boatload.
2. repressed (or not) pornography addictions. it's not just about pretty women (who, despite everything, you can still find just walking around on the street) but also that people usually step from this stuff into the pornography made off of it and then become psychologically addicted not just to the pornography itself but the "safe" depictions of the same artstyles and concepts. what do you think the end state of a world which is all pretty elf ladies aside from you is? you don't need pornography in front of you to glean pleasure from that fantasy.
3. a convincing, to some, argument that all women depicted in fiction should be physically perfect or close to it. obviously nobody who suffers from points 1 and 2 will ever admit it, so instead they'll tell you that this is better than ugly fat black women. they're right on that point, but they'll never be able to respond properly if you press them on why this image, for example, had to be about elf ladies instead of being about the real men who would be involved in it, were it to be depicted realistically, nor will they be able to respond properly to why there's often orders of magnitude more pornography of the media than there is actual source content (unless it's to tell you that pornography is free speech, because the jews "don't want us to see beauty" or something).
anime and its worship is a real cancer in our community that's not seeing enough pushback.
