Women these days are wasting their reproductive years doing vapid work at glorified adult daycares. Would it be sensible to ban women from the workforce until, say, their third child?

yes, women shouldnt be allowed into the workforce until menopause. Being a mother is the most important role society can have, the only women in the workforce should be nuns segregated off from the rest of society herding goats and selling cheese.
