You cannot breed the nigger out of the nigger. It would take ~5 genocides of killing the bottom 90% with leaving not a single one of those alive, which would take around a century. Then MAYBE you have niggers that are aren't as fucking stupid, vile and aggressive. We are talking about full-on, completely ruthlessly efficient eugenics - with the purpose of dedicating a LOT of effort into making niggers less like niggers.
Compared to that, what you describe is a tiny course correction.
Btw, you are aware that there are Whites, right? You don't need multi-generational, century spanning eugenics programs to breed something more similar to us (inferior versions that is) when there are *us* already.
