I like to use that number in gross exaggerations lol. There's about as many as anyone could ever imagine, I don't think it has to be "officiated" by anyone or anything. Just two random guys coming together in Jesus's name believing whatever they want to believe is enough, since unlike Catholicism or Orthodoxy, there's no "centralized Church" that "interprets everything for you as you submit to this authority."\
So, assuming the interpretation made by Jesus to Saint Peter that the gates of hell will never prevail against the Church is correct (Catholics hold onto this fiercely, using it as justification to say they are the 'true church' and 'anyone outside of it is outside of salvation and thus a heretic'), then that means some Church out there that's outside of modern Catholicism and Orthodoxy is fulfilling that promise. Since we know today that you can't be Christian unless you hate jews and all other non-Whites while excluding them forever, all modern official, non-excommunicated "Catholic" and "Orthodox" churches are out. This also limits what, 99% of all Protestant denominations since the jew convinced us with modern jewish antichrist heresy and ideology like "equality, "diversity," "Jesus came for us all, regardless of race" and "Jews are Israelites and Hebrews, Whites and other non-jews are 'gentiles,' Jesus was a jew," we limit it further down to the only denomination I know of that's (still) doing this: Christian Identity.
