For protection against the elements, to increase resistance to cuts and scratches and to maintain modesty.
None of those reasonings apply to tattoos. On top of that clothing can be quickly changed to evade detection meanwhile tattoo removal is a time consuming specialized process that still leave a mark from where the tats were.
Honestly one of the white features I'm most annoyed about is our hair, there are so many combinations of colors, lengths, styles, and can vary in how straight vs wavy it is and for that reason alone it makes it harder for a given white man to blend in among a crowd. Aesthetically it's amazing, but for maintaining opsec it's horrible and for that reason I am tentatively in favor of skinheads though I think a more unified style that allows us to demonstrate our natural beauty without risk of looking unique would be ideal.
