Tattoos are for livestock for ease of identification. From the purely pragmatic perspective why would you ever want more unique identifiers attacked to you that can't even be shed easily?

Skinheads are the low-IQ versions of white nationalists. They just want to intimidate and beat up coloured people, and the aesthetic is part of that. The swastika tattoos just mean "I'm unhinged and going to snap at you at any moment", it's not meant to be rational.
It's also supposed to be an in-group symbol; an initiation ritual. It's not something that can be easily removed so it signifies their dedication to the cause.

Because (((hollywood))) has pushed body mutilation as making you "cool" and "edgy", when in reality it just makes you look like a dysgenic faggot.

For protection against the elements, to increase resistance to cuts and scratches and to maintain modesty.
None of those reasonings apply to tattoos. On top of that clothing can be quickly changed to evade detection meanwhile tattoo removal is a time consuming specialized process that still leave a mark from where the tats were.
Honestly one of the white features I'm most annoyed about is our hair, there are so many combinations of colors, lengths, styles, and can vary in how straight vs wavy it is and for that reason alone it makes it harder for a given white man to blend in among a crowd. Aesthetically it's amazing, but for maintaining opsec it's horrible and for that reason I am tentatively in favor of skinheads though I think a more unified style that allows us to demonstrate our natural beauty without risk of looking unique would be ideal.

Many whites come to be proud of their skin via the prison system, or other low stations that drop them next to non-whites. These people aren't coming to this pride via an understanding of who they are and what their ancestors built, they're bottom-of-the-barrel people coming to it as a pragmatic way to team up and protect themselves against other bottom-of-the-barrel people. From that perspective, the tattoos are a signal thet you're on the team. The team is full of criminals, it doesn't make sense to conceptualize these people as being like us, they'd be bottom-of-the-barrel criminals in a homogeneous society too.

Not something I've ever seen myself and even the stereotype you're referring to is very dated in terms of it's use in media. And given the context the stereotype arose(70s and 80s punk) in I'd hazard a guess that many of them didn't view National Socialism as much more than an "edgy" aesthetic likely combined with genuine(and justified) racism due to primarily being poor whites who were the first to be raised from birth in a fully "integrated" multiracial society and thus being able to see the nigger antics first hand and affecting them personally the exposure to said antics also had the effects of normalizing nigger behavior and so we end up with Wignats.
