How so? Any jackass looking to shoot up a place can expect a 52% chance that somebody is going to shoot back. That's huge. I can see why they wanted to suppress these numbers, seeing as the fed's are the ones "grooming" these shooters. They certainly wouldn't want their marks being discouraged by the stats, right?
Not much discouragement if you go in expecting death anyway. Just means that you need to not waste time fucking around and to stay aware of your surroundings even in gun free zones.
Because no one will do anything about it, no one will be punished, and no policies will change.
You know, the standard objective truth that every single fucking coward here refuses to accept.
