I don't know, the parents were pretty bad. Clearly the niglets were a product of their upbringing.

Our mistake is treating them with 1st world civil laws, lawyers and such.
Imo death penalty would have been fair just for the behaviors shown on his Instagram videos.

After watching this I came to the conclusion that modern parents today treat their children as if they were their friend, instead of being a parent. Not one of them even expressed any anger at the child's actions or concern to the victims family. The parent or guardian should be charged as well.
