She filed a patent that was basically just a bunch of stove burners hooked up to stovepipes. It was never really built, sold, or used commercially and never would have been viable. Forced air heating and gravity air systems had been around for a while. Now there are a bunch of articles proclaiming her "the inventor of modern heating" but always scant on details.
