So obviously billions didn't die off like we thought would have happened by now. Are we still looking at another 5-10 years when this will start to occur, or was the goal something more sinister, such as mass infertility in the next generation as seen in the movie 'Children of Men' ?

Here's my take.
Trump declared war on China. Not a shooting war, but an economic one with tariffs.
That's exactly when they launched the covid scare.
I don't doubt that they came up with a super virus they thought would kill off a large chunk of the population. But they didn't. It was just the common cold. All the media attention and such failed to convince a significant portion of the US population that it was real.
At least for me, it woke me up to how few people were actually living in reality. It showed me that my family was not safe where I was anymore.
The surprising thing is that people who tested positive for the virus actually lived longer lives. I think it added 8 years to people's lives. I'm not entirely sure why that is but I suspect that the medical industry was killing far more people than we realized, and once people stopped going to the doctors and getting pills and surgery, all of a sudden they started living longer.
Anyway, Trump forced them to deploy the vaccine before it was ready. It was likely going to target specific populations within nations.
Did you know that they intentionally recruited rural Americans in WWII? They were trying to kill off the rural male population. Instead, it turned out that our rednecks were better warriors than the Japanese and Germans. Who knew?
Anyway, the vaccine deployment was botched. Very large populations refused to get even one vaccine. And when it became apparent that people were dying from the vaccine, even getting people to get a second dose was all but impossible. I don't trust any of the government stats on vaccine deployment. I can't help but believe that there were more doctors and nurses injecting people with saline solution or even signing vaccine cards without getting the shot than we realize.
As a side note, I noticed that the population of police officers decreased during 2020-2021. I tried to reconcile that with police deaths and retirements, but in the end I think a lot of cops just disappeared. I can't help but thing that maybe they were trying to hide how many cops were getting killed for trying to enforce covid rules. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was pretty disturbing. I didn't have anything hard -- getting solid numbers was hard enough and I doubted my numbers anyway.
So what was the purpose? Simply put, I believe that "they" realize that time is up. "They" tried to purge the world of certain populations and failed.
It turns out that even with trillions of dollars you can't do much if you don't have Anglo-Saxons working for you.
So to the billionaires who believe Indians and Chinese will save them if they just pay them enough -- go die in a fire already. We don't want your money anyway.

So the virus itself was used as a fake bioweapon to panic Americans, then what's the deal with Fauci? He both funded the creation of the virus, in China, as well as the cure. I have a hard time believing that it's a simple US v China move with that in mind, especially since so many anti-US, pro-China countries (Canada) fell in line with Operation Warpspeed and the WHO.
I used to think that there were other governments in the world.
