This is precisely why there are no successful African cultures; high IQ Africans are considered witches and/or the products of their heightened production are "redistributed".

And their cousins still do this in america, although to a lesser extent. High iq blacks are ridiculed as "acting white", and moving out of the hood and, God forbid, getting a job and an education, is seen as a massive betrayal
