It's been scientifically proven that this mindset does really exist and is correlated with extremely low IQ. Whoever originally made this writeup might have just been joking, and it is an exaggeration, but catch a nigger when they're tired or drunk or high, or just catch a particularly stupid one, and they will absolutely act exactly like this. And no, it isn't just limited to niggers; any stupid person can fall into this mindset. But we all know IQ is strongly correlated with race. When I first heard of this explanation years ago it made everything make so much more sense to me.
