don't know if you noticed, but the court thing is only a speedbump. dems are rigging judge selection and where they file, and of those cases where they do get some blowhard activist, they're only doing an injunction that won't last a week before an appeals court turns it over. not joking, over 95% of their injunctions have been overturned on appeal, to the point that activist judges started brazenly defying the supreme court. one judge has already been suspended by his own circuit, and two more are facing removal.
