Chinks are not the same as Siberians (the closest Asians to American Indians), same as West Africans are not the same as East Africans. Sure, they're all of Asian descent, but Siberians, Mongolians, and American Indians are practically retarded whereas Chinese and southeast Asians are generally at least not retarded. The Chinese at least built their own civilization. Siberians never did.
To be sincere you just not get the fact that there were "Indians" who actually had built some civilization. Incas, Mayans etc. And in USA so called "Five Civilized Tribes" too achieved something - except the fact it wasn't so great.

The reason why Siberians and Mongolians did NOT is the steppe/arctic desert being also part of western USA. Trying to grow something in the steppe/arctic is mostly exercise in futility without modern tools, so they were moving somewhere else as hunting animals were much easier and sure source of food.

One thing to note as well is diet. When you do start to build a big civilization it's easy to prevent revolt because you have a warrior class and the little people who are the common class. You see this time and time again with civilization. Probably why kikes are trying to societies away from meat.

* They built a massive civilization, multiple times. I think they even had wheels and domesticated animals. This makes them top-tier and comparable with all of the great ancient civilizations.
* Before the Europeans started coming, they were already devastated by disease. Something like 90% of the people died. Whatever civilization they had was Mad Max by the time we found them.
* Despite all this they managed to keep together some semblance of civilization. So much so that the Americans adopted many aspects of their government.
* The ones forced to live on reservations in the West were the ones who thought it was a good idea to fight the white man. They couldn't comprehend that behind every white soldier they killed were a million white civilians and they could easily turn every casualty into a thousand more soldiers with better arms and equipment. They had no conception of the reality of their situation. The others integrated or learned how to live peacefully with the white man.
