I think what he means is that meme is referencing [Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow%27s_hierarchy_of_needs) and Maslow was a jew.

While there’s no overt or direct reference to “race” therein (and I’d guess he would even publicly denounce its existence like everyone else), he does have a category that glaringly means “Yeah, it’s a lack of racial identity/solidarity/uniformity that causes societal collapse, from the individual up.” Specifically, his “axiological need” of **Identity**: “**sense of belonging**, consistency, **differentiation**, self-esteem, assertiveness”
