This is rage bait. Two guys made a contract that had some stipulations based upon Sharia law. They both agreed to arbitration. The loser did not like the result and went to the Austrian court system to overturn an agreed upon contract and agreed upon arbitration.
As long as the contract does not violate the law, it is enforceable, regardless of what zany origin the agreement came from.
