Is everyone just going to ignore the fact that deer are a pest animal and deer that are fed and become comfortable approaching humans are even more of a pest? These people signed this deer's death warrant by interacting with it the way they did. It was put down for the same reason you would put down any wild animal that has gotten too comfortable approaching humans.

it was blind, dummy. That's already a death sentence. Also, there are thousands and thousands of deer in the wild. The fact this one is their 'pet' is the only reason it was targeted.
