Once something outside of your control has become successful, you need to subvert it, so you find the insiders (mods), and you offer them money or access or a shot at fame, but you just need their help to "tone it down a little." You know, just cool it with the anti-semitism, alright?

Now they have a job. They have a goal. They believe if they do a good job they'll get to reach their own goals with a little help from a new friend with an unusual accent.
