Yeah, that's the point. What about the ones who aren't?
It doesn't matter if boys are at their full size, what matter is whether *girls* are at their full size because they're the ones having the babies. I know women who have health problems specifically due to having kids at 16 and, because they're teenagers, they don't have the sense to think about this beforehand, especially because *no one* talks about the potential health consequences of giving birth so young.
That's why it has to be a law. Parents checked out a *long* time ago, falling for Jewish concepts of "romance" and "true love" which only ever work in movies. If your parents and her parents don't already know each other and get along, the success of your marriage is literally a 50/50 crap shoot. Banning 14yos from having sex is stopping thousands of deaths a year across the West.
And you're here arguing that an 18 year old is mature enough not just to date, but to take responsibility for a 15yo? Not buying it.
