For context I am in my mid 20s. My youngest brother graduated highschool a few years ago. The only interaction I have with anyone this young is in passing, and usually at church where I know they have been sheltered (sometimes excessively). What I get from talking with even them is a deep sense of rage. Wholly founded, even if at times unable to be articulated, but nevertheless a sense of betrayal and longing for a future they may never see. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar interactions, or if anyone who is still captured by the school system, what they think of their peers. My sense is that things have not degenerated linearly, but rather this generation has reached an entirely new level of despair.

The last time I spoke intimately to a high schooler was 4 years ago. He seemed pretty well-adjusted and understood most issues fairly well for his age. I never got a sense of rage from him but definitely a sense of needing to change things because he wasn't happy with the way things were. His biggest complaint was how women gatekeep sex to only offer up sex to the men who follow the "rules" and are good "leftists". He said women's influence in high school acted to passify the boys because the boys would chase after the women to try to get laid by appeasing the women which meant keeping up appearances regarding LGBTQ+ issues and other political issues (being leftist). He said the teachers reinforced this by disciplining anyone who stepped out of line and the women want to feel well-liked so they don't step out of line and don't want to be associated with the men who are not in "good standing". Obviously, he said there's exceptions but generally this was the way things worked and he hated it. He stopped caring altogether and just went full rebel but it hurt his social reputation and he said a lot of guys toe the line just to avoid the negative social implications.

That seemed to be most of his concerns. He wasn't too worried about work and cost of living cause he was going to go into the trades and had family/friend connections into that line of work so he was pretty psyched for that actually and not too worried about money/work. He was mostly just mad at leftist politics in general and how women seemed to dominate the social sphere such that the guys who plaid their game became pussies.

It may not be the general concensus or statistically proveable due to my small sample size. However I have noticed many of the apprentices or helpers I get that are straight out of high-school are more right wing than I was at that age. They aren't outright racist or on the JQ but more in a cultural way. They don't sleep around, when they do get in a relationship they usually lock it down quickly. Saving their money cause they know the economy is fucked. They are open to JQ and 13/50 if you bring it up though.

Don't know about rage but I take classes with a few highschoolers and they're done with the Woke garbage. They actually, en masse, openly mocked the sex ed teacher for telling them that boys can chose to be girls.

Yes. A whole lot of nihilism and lack of desire to better themselves.

I don’t blame them. The boomer banking system borrowed from the future, which is now their present. Even if they just wanted a relationship and family, dating market is horrible now. Their food is largely poison. Public education seems to actively make people dumber. Most colleges are a joke now. They can’t buy homes. They’re not getting laid. They spend a lot of time on social media seeing everyone but them living it up. The men are told they’re evil and the girls are told the men are out to get them. There is nearly no new culture or advancement, just watching things from the 90s and before and their inferior remakes.

I completely get it.

If you've ever had a conversation with me on here then that's probably the answer to your title question.

Why?

What did these teenagers do to you?

Why do you become emotional?

I've never had such problems. I find my occasional interaction with teens at the grocery store cash register to be about what should be expected.

Today's teens seem to be more suspicious of ((( news ))), ((( pandemics ))), ((( jews ))), ((( israel ))) and the ((( hoIocaust ))) than my generation were at their age.
