A.i. relates this to the idiom
The grass is always greener at someone else's house.
I've never thought well i should go get his grass/house, ever. Maybe they did and that's why a.i. is saying that since it was programmed by them, it seems they would go get the other grass/country they liked.
This rings different because you already have the fish and eaten it.

Both? The chatbots are explicitly told jews can do no wrong. Chatting with one is a waste of time; it will not help you and you cannot change its mind, because it doesn't have one.
