DTAP is the worst vaccine with the highest rates of adverse reactions. MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), while not that bad is not great. Unfortunately you can’t just get the measles vax anywhere but Japan. I’d try for a religious exemption if I were you.

To be fair, all vax are Godless sludge. Issue is solved though, blood test to prove protection.
