Look at the whole chain for paperwork, from you going to the doctor to showing up at your employer. You can probably falsify paperwork somewhere. It will be a risk, but that's life. Whole generations of men have charged over open ground towards machine guns. You can forge some paperwork and risk white collar legal repercussions.
You'd be a coward to consent to a medical procedure you do not want just because the government demands it.
What will you do when you have children? Sacrifice their health in the same way? Do the right thing, be strong, fight back.
