There is no way for 99% of us to assess this question scientifically. There is too much corruption in the medical industry, too much hiding or altering of data, and there aren't enough people posting here for it to be likely that one of us in genuinely in-the-know.
My gut feeling is that the risk from the MMR injection is largely for children. I've heard a lot of compelling evidence that children have suffered serious allergic reactions; I have not heard of such in adults. Anything mRNA is a hard no, never ever, but this one is more a calculated risk.
Do you have obligations to fulfill that require you to get this job or one like it? How much risk are you willing to take on to get this job? It sounds like you have a trustworthy doctor, so at least that part of the risk is mitigated.
Pray to the Lord over these things and ask him what he wants you to do. Injections of drugs are serious business and a lot of people have been hurt by them ... but a man's obligation to provide is serious business too. It is a topic worthy of serious prayer.
