Right off the white girl pressed and the black girl backed away. Amateur fights tend to follow that pattern. But when the black girl went down the white girl escalated by kicking. Smart girl. She doesn't have the upper body strength to take her antagonist out quickly and attacks relentlessly. Additional kicks to the weakened antagonist would have achieved results more quickly and so she is too restrained. We don't know the rest of the situation.
