welfare is good when you actually feel kinship and fellowship with the greater community. If most of the people in your town are strangers to you then why would you want to contribute to their welfare? There has to be racial relationship or a cultural and moral system that bonds them.

In America White people only know welfare as a bad thing because the government spends most of the budget on administration which overpays fat lazy black women to "administrate" a welfare office that hands out the benefits to mostly non-whites. This sort of welfare is terrible and actually sabotages and undermines the prosperity of Whites by paying non-Whites to invade White communities with free sustenance.

Then there is the argument whether or not charity programs should be government administrated, privately administrated or a combination of both.
